Besides teaching how to move and love your body as a personal trainer, she has built worthwild.co as an amazing community that encourages women to go beyond the physical body and develop lifelong self-love and self-care skills helping them radiate from the inside-out. This is approach is a far more sustainable way of integrating health & fitness into our lives, and one that has a ripple effect into every area of our lives - not just our six packs.
