This work meets you at a different layer. If you’ve done years of therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts—but still feel stuck in certain patterns—somatic and body-based support can help shift what’s living underneath. It’s not about more insight. It’s about integrating what you already know at a deeper level.
-
Yes. I work with both developmental and relational trauma in a trauma-informed, body-based way. That said, I do not offer acute crisis support. If you’re in active crisis, I recommend seeking clinical mental health support alongside or before entering this kind of deeper work.
-
Yes. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship styles. I welcome LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients, including trans women. You don’t have to shrink, explain, or hide parts of yourself here.
-
Yes. Whether you’re reconnecting with your body after motherhood, menopause, trauma, or simply feeling the call to deepen your erotic self—this work honours where you are and supports you to return to pleasure, presence, and sexual wholeness on your own terms.
-
Yes. Many women come to this work carrying high-functioning anxiety, chronic stress, or emotional dysregulation. By working gently with your nervous system and learning how to attune to your inner world, we build more resilience, clarity, and emotional steadiness.
-
Not at all. This work is for you—your body, your patterns, your healing. Whether you’re single, partnered, exploring your sexuality, or healing after a breakup, our work together centres your experience. The deeper your relationship with yourself, the more clarity and ease you’ll bring to every relationship in your life.
-
If you’re someone who is self-aware, high-functioning, and yet still feeling stuck in certain patterns—in your intimacy, your self-worth, your capacity to feel—it may be time to do things differently. This work is for women who are ready to go deeper, feel more, and come home to themselves in a meaningful way.
If you’re curious, I recommend starting with a session and feeling it out from there.

I offer somatic, trauma-informed coaching for women who want to deepen their connection to self, sexuality, and relationships. Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to healing and growth. It works with the nervous system, emotions, and deeper physiological patterns—not just the mind. Rather than talk alone, we may explore breath, movement, sensation, and felt experience. This allows for more integrated, lasting change—because we’re working with the root, not just the surface.
-
Online sessions are held via Zoom and are just as impactful as in-person work. You’ll need a quiet, private space where you feel safe to explore. Many clients find the convenience and intimacy of working from home helps them drop in more fully.
-
I’m based in Auckland, New Zealand. I offer sessions both in-person and online to clients around the country and internationally.
-
That depends on your needs, capacity, and the pace of your process. Most clients start with weekly or fortnightly sessions. You’re welcome to begin with a single session, or we can co-create a package that supports deeper integration over time.
-
Sessions are guided by your body and what’s emerging in the moment. We might work with inner dialogue, breath, movement, emotional processing, or clarifying what’s happening in your relational or sexual life. Everything we do is invitational—you are always in choice.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about coming into deeper relationship with yourself.
-
While my work draws on clinical frameworks and trauma-informed care, it is not therapy in a traditional sense. I don’t diagnose or pathologize. Instead, I offer a depth-based, body-led space where you can explore what’s beneath the surface, build internal safety, and develop tools for real, sustainable change in your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.
-
You might be ready if you’re feeling disconnected, burnt out, or just tired of trying to figure it all out alone. If you’re craving something more embodied, more real, and more sustainable—this space can offer support, structure, and a deeper kind of listening.
-
Somatic coaching focuses on the body’s wisdom. While traditional therapy often works through thoughts and stories, somatic work includes the nervous system, emotional regulation, and embodied practices. It supports lasting change by working with how patterns live in the body—not just in the mind.
-
Absolutely. Many clients arrive with a sense that something’s off, but they don’t have the words for it yet. That’s okay. Our work together helps you slow down, listen inward, and get clearer on what’s asking to be seen, healed, or reclaimed.
