Welcome—I trust whatever brought you here.

My work sits at the intersection of presence, relationship, and embodied change. I support individuals to feel more at home in their bodies, clearer in their choices, and grounded in who they are.

This path began through personal necessity: a deep desire to understand why intimacy felt confusing, why my body held so much, and how to live in a way that felt more honest. The learning was slow, layered, and transformative. Over time, I found my way into more easeful, nourishing connection—with myself, with others, and with life.

That’s the foundation I bring to this work: lived experience of meaningful, embodied change.

My approach is clinical and somatic, grounded in trauma sensitivity and a deep respect for the body’s pace. Sessions blend conversation with body-based practices, supporting the release of stored tension and the emergence of greater aliveness. Together, we tune into the signals, needs, and truths already present—allowing insight, clarity, and capacity to unfold from within.

With over six years of experience working with individuals and groups, I offer a grounded, integrative approach to intimacy and wellbeing. My training spans somatic sexology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed facilitation, sex and relationship coaching, and breath and movement therapies. I’m also the host of The Better Loving Podcast and an intimacy educator, facilitating immersive events and programs throughout the year.
