Abortion: A Loving, Shame-Free Guide To Letting Go
In the midst of my new and v. exciting obsession - baby prepping - I have simultaneously been experiencing mixed feelings of gratitude and sadness for the prior times in my life where I wasn't ready to say yes to pregnancy. Hence this episode.
On average, one in three women have had an abortion, that's an awful lot of women and not an awful lot of healthy, judgment-free guidance on how to actually deal with such a process. Political & religious dogma aside, there is still very little support for those needing it.
In this episode, I offer up my loving guide on how to move through a letting go process with ease, grace, and compassion. From pre-care to aftercare, this episode will be helpful for you whether you're currently making a decision or have already made one (no matter how long ago).
This episode is a tender topic that has come deep from the core of my heart, and I hope that it helps to guide you into a process of intentionality, integrity, and care.
