Work With Laura
Explore your inner relationship. Experience a more anchored, body-led way of living.
Together, we explore your internal landscape—your patterns, your nervous system, your goals—and develop the capacity to relate to yourself and others with clarity, confidence, and care.
Sex & Your Erotic Identity
A grounded approach to sexual wholeness.
This work supports women—including LGBTQ+ and trans women—to reconnect with their erotic nature in a way that’s body-led, authentic, and free from performance.
Whether you’re experiencing shame, numbness, or disconnection, we meet you where you are. Using somatic and trauma-informed methods, we rebuild internal safety, explore what makes it hard to ask for what you want, and tend to the parts of you that hesitate, go quiet, or go along.
This is not about performing. It’s about softening into who you already are—so sex becomes less about doing and more about feeling, presence, and choice.
Over time, women often report feeling more permission, more pleasure, and more themselves.
Love & Relational Integrity
Relate without losing yourself.
If your relationships leave you feeling depleted, uncertain, or stuck in old roles—this work helps you shift what’s underneath.
We explore the roots of your relational patterns, including attachment, boundaries, and how your nervous system responds to closeness and conflict.
This is a space to understand what’s yours, what’s not, and how to show up differently—without abandoning yourself.
Together, we build the capacity to hold love, ask for what you need, and stay grounded in who you are.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about supporting you to relate with more clarity, honesty, and mutual respect.
Self & the Space Within
A deeper relationship with your inner world.
This work supports women who want to feel more anchored in themselves. It’s for those who are high-functioning but often disconnected—moving through life on autopilot, doubting themselves, or struggling to feel present.
Together, we explore how your internal world has been shaped—by stress, expectations, or early relational patterns—and develop tools for self-trust, emotional regulation, and inner steadiness. The process is body-led and collaborative, focused on creating a more integrated, grounded experience of self.
Over time, clients report feeling clearer, more compassionate with themselves, and more able to respond (rather than react) to life.
What Sessions Are Like
Each session is designed to:
Be 75–90 minutes long, offering spaciousness for depth, integration, and connection.
Blend somatic (body-based) and cognitive (talk-based) approaches—honoring the body’s wisdom while making sense of your experience.
Gently weave past, present, and future—supporting both healing and growth.
Offer resourcing, regulation, and relief—so you leave feeling more grounded, not cracked open.
End with clarity and direction—whether that’s a felt sense, a new insight, or a tangible next step.
And yes, even be enjoyable. For the curious and self-aware, this is a space to explore, feel, and meet yourself with compassion and courage.
“Her presence is calm, clear, and unwavering. I always felt met, not managed.”
As a Client, You Can Expect:
This is a space for women who are doing well in many areas of life—but feel an inner tug toward something deeper, truer, or more easeful. I offer a warm, steady presence and an approach that meets you with care, depth, and respect. Our work is paced by you, grounded in relationship, and shaped by what feels real—not by what should be.
A Highly Held, Personal Experience
A Science-Backed, Soul-Deep Approach
The work we do together draws from both evidence-based practices and embodied, intuitive wisdom. Rooted in neuroscience, somatics, and attachment theory, sessions support change where it actually happens—through your body, your relationships, and the patterns that live beneath language. This isn’t talk therapy. It’s a layered process that honours the complexity of your inner world.
Clarity, Direction, and Progress
Insight is part of it—but so is integration. Together, we listen for what’s emerging, make space for what’s been waiting, and move gently toward what matters most to you. Change doesn’t have to be rushed or forced. When it’s well-held, it unfolds in its own time—and becomes something you can trust.
