Meditation is the single most powerful transformational tool I’ve ever used, and it’s the biggest factor that’s led to my success — in all areas of life. Self Love Meditation: The number one relationship we all have is the one we have with ourselves. How we love ourselves will be reflected in every area of our lives, including the bedroom and our relationships. Self love is the foundation of health and wellness and the only tool you'll ever truly need for creating a turned-on life. If you're looking for a starting point, this is it.
Heart Opening Meditation: The feminine penetrates the world with her heart. So often throughout, through relationships and even throughout our day-to-day we are faced with heart-closing experiences. So often women shut down their heart to fit in, to please other people or silence their own intuition in fear of "rocking the boat". So I collaborated with sonic innovator, composer & musician, Russel Walder, to produce the heavenly soundtrack in each meditation. As a musician and oboist his sound has been described as mesmerizing, transforming, haunting, profound and astonishingly beautiful. Russel Walder has gained international distinction for his virtuosity, musicianship and profound interpretation of improvised musical forms… And it was an honour to work with him on this project. Tears came to our eyes when we met, deep with the knowing that this creation was meant to be.

Do I need any special technology to listen to these meditation tracks?
No — they’re delivered digitally, and you can instantly download them to your desktop then transfer to any device (I have them on my iPod and my phone). You DO, however, need to listen to them with stereo headphones, which means headphones that have a designated left and right side — look for the little ‘L’ and ‘R’ on most standard earphones. To experience the mood-altering benefits, these headphones are essential.
How long do the tracks go for?
The tracks range from around 12 minutes to 25 minutes, giving you plenty of different listening options.
How should I choose which track to listen to?
Each meditation is a complete spiritual journey in itself, so it’s important to listen to the WHOLE track. For that reason, if you’re pressed for time, I recommend choosing one of the shorter tracks that suits the window you’ve got available. If time’s not an issue, I recommend honing in on how you want to feel and what emotions you’re currently experiencing that you want to transform, then selecting whichever meditation most closely matches your desired state.
How quickly will I experience results?
That’s the beauty and the power of this meditation: you don’t need to wait years to learn how to induce a deep meditative state. Instead, you’ll be able to slide into an altered state of consciousness, which means that results are mere minutes away, a quick listen can literally change the course of your day. Of course, to really cement the benefits — and to ensure the results carry over from your mat into your daily life — I recommend immersing yourself in one of these tracks a few times each week, or ideally, once a day.
What results can I expect?
As a spiritual tool, these audio tracks can save you a tonne of time, effort and mental turmoil, and when practiced consistently can absolutely set you on the fast-track for big results in your pleasure, relationships + life. But as always: you still have to do the work. You still need to get your tush on your cush, press play, and surrender to the journey.
