Having a regular practice (embodiment & cognitive) is the single most powerful transformational tool I’ve ever used to come back to my body. Do I need any special technology to listen to these meditation tracks?
No — they’re delivered digitally, and you can instantly download them to your desktop or phone (I listen to them in my iPods, and put my music of choice on in the background from my laptop).
How long do the tracks go for?
The Practices are either 15 minutes or 30 minutes long.
The meditations range from 12 to 20 minutes.
How should I choose which track to listen to?
Each practice is a complete spiritual journey in itself, so it’s important to listen to the WHOLE track. For that reason, if you’re pressed for time, I recommend choosing one of the shorter tracks that suits the window you’ve got available. If time’s not an issue, I recommend honing in on how you want to feel and what emotions you’re currently experiencing that you want to transform, then selecting whichever practice most closely matches your desired state.
How quickly will I experience results?
That’s the beauty and the power of these practices: you don’t need to wait years to learn how to induce a deep meditative state. Instead, you’ll be able to slide into an altered state of consciousness, which means that results are mere minutes away, a quick listen can literally change the course of your day. Of course, to really cement the benefits — and to ensure the results carry over from your mat into your daily life — I recommend immersing yourself in one of these tracks a few times each week, or ideally, once a day.
What results can I expect?
As a spiritual tool, these audio tracks can save you a tonne of time, effort and mental turmoil, and when practised consistently can absolutely set you on the fast-track for big results in your pleasure, relationships + life.
